Recreation Mission
“It is the goal of the Town of Palisade to create a healthier and happier community, and through Parks and Recreation it is our mission to enhance the quality of life for citizens in our community through opportunities that promote play and physical activity, increase the value of arts and culture, reconnects people with the outdoors, and provide entertainment and special events for residents and visitors.”
PALISADE PARKS
Palisade has several parks that are available for your enjoyment. If you wish to schedule an event at one of the parks, please fill out a Park Use or Event application and either email or mail it in to:

Open Gym Hours & Rates:
Open Gym Hours: Monday - Wednesday from 6:30-8:30PM
Holiday Break Hours:
Dec 19th 6:30-8:30pm
Dec 20th 3-9pm
Dec 21st 3-9pm
Dec 27th 2-8pm
Dec 28th 4-8pm
Gym closures: Dec 26th, Jan 2-4.
Regular hours will resume Jan 9, 2012
Rates through 12/31/11:
Adults (13 and older): Drop in: $2.00 or 20-punch pass $30.00
Children (3-12): Drop in: $1.00 or 20-punch pass $15.00
Punch Passes: If families wish to purchase one card and use the same one for all ages, they must purchase a $30 punch card.
Rates after 01/02/12:
Seniors
(55+): Drop in: $2.00 or 10-punch pass $15.00
Adults (18 and older): Drop in: $3.00 or 20-punch pass $40.00
Children (3-17): Drop in: $2.00 or 20-punch pass $30.00
In effort to keep everyone safe we ask that children under the age of 9
are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
AFTER HOURS PROGRAM FOR GRADES 1st - 5th
Monday - Thursday 4-6pm
Mon & Wed located at the community center
Tues & Thurs located at the gym
Rates are daily, monthly, or by the semester please pre-register so we know how many will be attending each day.

Kick Start the New Year Workshop
Fitness workshop featuring a sample of all Palisade Recreation group fitness classes

Fee: $12/person
Group Rates: $20/couple or $9/person for 3 or more
Group rates only available if registered by January 4th.
Open Your Hearts Yoga Workshop
Location: Palisade Community Center
Tuesday 2/14/12 6:00-8:00pm
Fee: $7/person, $10/couple or $15/person for appetizers
Core Strength
Location: Palisade Community Center
Fee: $3 drop in or $25 for 10 session punch pass
Morning Class: Wednesday 9:00-10:50am
Evening Class: Monday 5:30-6:15pm
