Open Gym Hours January 7th - May 22nd Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Gym Closures: January 21, February 18, May 27
Spring Break Hours: Monday & Wednesday 3:00 - 6:00pm, closed 6:00 - 8:00pm

 

Rates:
Seniors (55+): Drop in: $2.00 or 10-punch pass $15.00
Adults (18 and older): Drop in: $3.00 or 20-punch pass $40.00
Children (3-17): Drop in: $2.00 or 20-punch pass $30.00

 

In effort to keep everyone safe we ask that children under the age of 9
are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

SPRING HIKING SERIES

Enjoy the smells of spring with a series of hikes in the Grand Valley. Let your feet do the work while delighting the senses. Transportation is provided for each hike.

All hikes begin with meet up at Town Hall in Palisade at 8:00am
Cost is $4 per hike and includes transportation. Class minimum is 3 with a maximum of 12.

What to bring? Water, sturdy shoes, sunscreen, light layers, hat, and snacks.

Core Strength & Tone
Low-Impact combination of pilates, yoga, balance, and toning.
Location: Community Center
Fee: $3 drop in or $25 for 10 session punch pass
Morning Class: Wednesday 9:00-9:50am
Evening Class: Monday 5:15-6:00pm


Zumba
Cardio dance workout incorporating a variety of Latin and International movements, along with basic toning exercises for a fun, heart pounding workout. Zumba is easily adapted to all fitness levels.

Day/Time: Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm
Fee: $7 drop in or $30 for 6 session punch pass


Weights for Life
Low impact combo of cardio, basic weight training, and stretching
Location: Community Center
Day/Time: Thursdays 10:00-10:50am
Fee: $3 drop in or $25 for 10 session punch pass


Yoga
Intermediate level classes that begin with a sun salutation and end with a guided meditation. These classes are a blend of Iyenger, Gatha yoga with a short vinyassa yoga segment. Beginners are welcome.

Fee: $7 drop in or $30 for 6 session punch pass
